Serving Northern Alberta — Where Compassion Meets Support.

Building Meaningful Connections Through Support and Companionship

At The Iris Project Inc., we believe that compassion and structure can coexist.
We provide paid support, respite, and companionship services for individuals and caregivers across Northern Alberta, ensuring that no one is left unseen or unsupported.

Our work is rooted in empathy, dignity, and connection. Whether it’s a few hours of companionship, transportation to appointments, or ongoing daily living assistance, we build our services around each person’s unique needs and circumstances.

Because support isn’t just about showing up, it’s about truly caring, listening, and walking beside those who need it most.

If you care for a loved one at home, you may also qualify for government or self-managed funding to help cover private support services. Ask us for details.

Our Mission

At The Iris Project Inc., our mission is to bridge the gaps in support across Northern Alberta by combining compassion, structure, and reliability.

We believe that every individual and every caregiver deserves to feel seen, supported, and connected.
Through paid companionship, respite, and assistance services, we create meaningful human connections that promote well-being, dignity, and peace of mind.

Our purpose is simple: to walk beside those who care, and those who need care, ensuring that no one is ever left unseen or unsupported.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a Northern Alberta where every individual, regardless of age, circumstance, or ability, has access to compassionate, reliable support.

We envision communities where caregivers are valued and never alone, where individuals receive the assistance they need with dignity, and where kindness and connection are part of everyday life.

At The Iris Project Inc., we strive to lead by example, building bridges between people, services, and compassion until every gap in support is filled.
