What services do you offer?
We provide paid companionship, respite, transportation, and home assistance for individuals of all ages, as well as caregiver relief and community engagement support.
Each service is flexible and built around your unique needs.

How do I book or get started?
Simply fill out our “Connect With Us” form or call us directly.
A Service Coordinator will reach out within two business days to arrange an intake and answer your questions.

Are your services only for seniors?
Not at all.
We support individuals of all ages who need assistance, structure, or companionship, as well as caregivers who need time to rest and recharge.

Do you offer packages or ongoing plans?
The Iris Project offers flexible scheduling and package options to fit your family’s needs, whether you’re seeking short-term, occasional visits or ongoing weekly support.

Where do you provide services?
We currently serve Northern Alberta communities, including:
Falher, Girouxville, High Prairie, Valleyview, Peace River, Slave Lake, and Grande Prairie.
Remote coordination may also be available for outlying regions.

Can I get government funding to help pay for services?
In many cases, yes.
Families in Alberta may qualify for financial assistance through provincial or federal programs, such as:

How do I know which service is right for me?
If you’re unsure, our Service Coordinator can help assess your needs and recommend the best fit, whether it’s a few hours of companionship, home assistance, or transportation.
We’ll always guide you toward the most cost-effective and supportive option.

Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes.
All in-person services begin with a minimum of 2 hours per visit, and transportation support begins with a minimum of 1.5 hours to ensure safe travel and return time.
