Service Rates & Pricing
We provide flexible, person-centred support tailored to each client’s individual needs, schedule, location, and funding arrangements.
Services are billed hourly. Rates may vary depending on the type of support, time of day, day of the week, and applicable funding agreement.
Current Service Rates
Private-pay support services start at $38 per hour.
In-person support services require a minimum booking of two hours per visit. Evening, overnight, weekend, and statutory holiday rates may differ.
Mileage, travel time, and applicable GST may be charged separately. Additional travel requirements or longer minimum bookings may apply outside our regular service areas.

Accessibility Rate Program
The Iris Project offers reduced weekday daytime rates to qualifying clients receiving approved services through CDHCI or FSCD. This program helps reduce out-of-pocket costs and makes support services more accessible.
Accessibility Rates apply to eligible services provided Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
They do not apply to private-pay services, evenings, nights, weekends, statutory holidays, mileage, or services outside approved program funding. Eligibility and applicable rates are determined individually.

Some individuals may choose to use approved external funding programs (such as the AHS Client Direct Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) Program, Self-Managed Care, and FSCD) to privately purchase support services if prior authorization is in place.
Eligibility and approval must be confirmed directly with the funding program before services begin.
Direct billing is available for the CDHCI and FSCD programs.
